"I continue to believe that if children are given the necessary tools to succeed, they will succeed beyond their wildest dreams!"

Children are so important to our families and our society. All of us want to raise responsible, kind, loving children. Sometimes, our children have problems despite our best efforts. Sometimes, we need to tweek our techniques, either because our children have grown some, or maybe, we just need to tweek! My background in Love and Logic parenting techniques can guide you through thick and thin with children of any age. These are the basics to child rearing such as making them accountable, encouraging them, watching them fail, and supporting them as they pick themselves up and carry on. Easier said than done. Many times we want to rescue our children, or we may be afraid for them in case they might fail. It's difficult to watch our children "fall", but better they "fall" at a young age and learn how to pick themselves up, rather than trying to learn this skill as a teen or even as an adult!

But, we as parents, can do a good job in spite of the pressures our children face. We can teach them to be responsible and we can encourage them to mature into adults.

I will guide you in your parenting techniques and we will work together to get results. I guarantee results with Love and Logic principles. Your children will love you for it! And you will be relieved to find such an easy way to parent that is so effective!

I also work with children using art therapy and sand tray therapy. The boys learn about their problems using a Native American Indian theme while the girls have a fairy or angel theme.
Children act out at school and home, show anger or feel "less than" when something is not going right for them. Through these therapies, we can discover what is wrong and help them.
